Hotel Information
The Hyatt Regency San Antonio on the Riverwalk at Paseo Del Alamo will be the site for the 2007 TXRPC Annual Conference and Education Seminar. The hotel is located at 120 Losoya, San Antonio, TX 78205.
When making reservations or confirming reservations please call 1-800-233-1234 and ask for the TXRPC group rate. The TXRPC Group Rate per room for our meeting is $149.00 per night. Rooms must be reserved by 6/30/2007 to guarantee that you receive the group rate.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of your registration will incur a $25 fee if cancellation is 2 weeks or more from the date of the meeting. If cancellation occurs within the 2 weeks prior to the meeting, then ½ of the registration fee will be incurred as a penalty. Registration fee may be transferred to another member of your company at no charge. Please inform the meeting chair, Alexis Ward, prior to the meeting if you decide to transfer your registration.
