TXRPC’s 2008 Annual Conference will be held in San Antonio, Texas, at the Omni Colonnade Hotel, on August 7th, 8th and 9th of this year. Following are a few things you can expect at this year’s conference:
Conference Highlights
- Three Tracks -- Business, Technical CEU and Billing, tracks for owners/managers, RTS’s, and billing personnel
- Thursday Evening Reception…face time with your peers and vendor representatives from across the state
- Medicaid Panel discussion…face to face time with Medicaid representatives
- Update on Competitive Bidding
- Prior Authorization, HHSC, and HMO panel discussions
- All day billing course with Peggy Walker
- Seating and Positioning CEU's

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of your registration will incur a 50% fee if the cancellation occurs on or after 7/14/2008. Your registration fee may be transferred to another member of your company at no charge. Hotel Information
The Omni San Antonio Hotel at the Colonnade will be the site of the 2008 TXRPC Annual Conference and Education Seminar.
When making reservations or confirming reservations please call 1-888-444-6664 and ask for the Texas Rehab Providers' Council group rate. The TXRPC Group Rate per room for our meeting is $129.00 per night. Rooms must be reserved by 7/11/2008 to guarantee that you receive the group rate.

Exhibitor/Sponsor Information
All exhibits will be set-up in the spacious La Joya Ballroom, located directly across from the meeting rooms, making them available throughout the duration of the conference. All food and beverages offered will be centrally placed in the exhibit area allowing attendees and exhibitors ample exposure. Exhibitors are welcome to attend all TXRPC meetings. Option A - $500.00
This option includes one 9.5’W x 12.5’D display area, one 6’ table, two conference registrations, two reception tickets, and lunch for two on Thursday. Additional attendees will be $95.00 each.
Option B - $350.00
This option includes one 6’ table, two conference registrations, two reception tickets, and lunch for two on Thursday. Additional attendees will be $95.00 each.
